Aerobic Tap -Tap dancing is a fun style of dance that anyone can learn, regardless of previous dance experience. Benefits of tap dance include increasing cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility and coordination. Cognitive abilities are also enhanced, as tap dancers must develop both mental and muscle memory to become proficient at tapping. Tuesdays 7:40-8:35
Hip hop, Heels & All that Jazz – This class will have a jazz dance flexibility and strength component to the warm-up and then a new combo every two weeks in a different style. Jazz shoes will be the go to shoe for the class with the option to go barefoot, wear heels or runners depending on the style of the evening with Miss Alleigh-Jane Thursdays 7:10 – 805
Dance Dynamics Studio is the only studio in Northwestern Ontario offering a fully certified Acro program through Acrobatic Arts. All students are encouraged to take these classes to develop strength, flexibility and control and take exams to monitor their progress.
